Say hello to the perfect summer tea smoothie to start the day.

I love this smoothie. For the past few months, I’ve mostly replaced my daily coffee with a chai tea instead, so I’m all about chai everything lately. I’m especially in love with this Strawberry Chai Tea Smoothie.

It’s all of the things you want in a morning smoothie. This smoothie is refreshing, tasty, creamy, and easy. You prep the tea the night before by cold brewing it. Then just toss the three ingredients into a blender or food processor in the morning and you’re left with a delicious morning pick me up in seconds.
The balance between the strawberry and chai flavors is spot on, and the Greek yogurt adds the perfect amount of creamy to this smoothie. My favorite Greek yogurt to use is Oikos Triple Zero. It’s the only one I buy for our family because of the low amount of sugar. So I used Oikos Triple Zero vanilla Greek yogurt for this smoothie.
Top with some shredded coconut or crunchy granola as a topping, and enjoy the best morning tea smoothie ever!


Strawberry Chai Tea Smoothie
Description
Say hello to the perfect summer tea smoothie to start the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8oz) chilled chai tea
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
- To make your chai tea, heat 8oz water in a mug or glass and add 1 chai tea bag. Stick in the refrigerator over night.
- In the morning, add all three ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. If storing, shake before drinking.
Notes
Use frozen strawberries for a thicker smoothie.
